The South Texas Youth Ranch Rodeo Association (STYRRA) was founded with a simple but powerful vision: to keep the cowboy way alive by raising up the next generation. We believe in building youth leaders through teamwork, horsemanship, and pride in their western heritage. Our mission is not just about rodeo — it’s about shaping character, strengthening families, and preserving the ranching lifestyle for years to come.

STYRRA was built on the idea of giving back to today’s youth — tomorrow’s leaders. Through our series of rodeos, young competitors learn responsibility, grit, faith, and respect for livestock and one another. Every event brings families, friends, and communities together to celebrate the values that make South Texas strong.

During our inaugural season, we expect to host hundreds of youth competitors, each accompanied by their families, coaches, and supporters.
