Fueling the Next Generation of Cowboys & Cowgirls at the South Texas Youth Ranch Rodeo Association! Join us in celebrating our rich ranching traditions and inspiring youth through rodeo events and community spirit.

Mission:

Our mission is to create opportunities for South Texas youth to experience the values of ranching, rodeo, and community. We are dedicated to building confidence, teamwork, and character in young cowboys and cowgirls.

Story of STYRRA:

STYRRA was founded to preserve the traditions of South Texas Youth ranch rodeo while opening doors for the next generation. We saw the need for an affordable, community-based youth rodeo association where families could come together to celebrate the cowboy way of life.

History of South Texas Ranch Rodeo:

Ranch rodeo has deep roots in South Texas, born out of everyday cowboy work on cattle ranches. Over time, those skills turned into friendly competition. STYRRA honors this history by giving youth the chance to carry forward the traditions of horsemanship, cattle handling, and cowboy grit.

“Teach your children the cowboy way—faith in God, love of family, and respect for tradition—and they will carry it farther than any rodeo arena.”
